As part of our commitment to providing thorough and detailed inspections, our team of experienced inspectors pays special attention to the exterior of homes to ensure that every aspect is thoroughly assessed for your peace of mind.

Inspecting the Exterior of your Home:

Eaves, soffits, and fascias, which are accessible from the ground level, will also be inspected to identify any signs of damage or wear. Our inspectors will assess adjacent walkways, patios, and driveways on the subject property for safety concerns and potential hazards. Additionally, the condition of a representative number of windows will be evaluated to ensure they are functional and properly sealed.

It’s important to note that there are certain items that our home inspectors are not required to observe and report on, as they may require specialized knowledge or equipment. These include seasonal accessories such as screening, shutters, awnings, and fences. Geological and/or soil conditions, recreational facilities, out-buildings other than garages and carports, and erosion control and earth stabilization measures are also not within the scope of our inspection.

Furthermore, our inspectors will not assess the operation of security locks, devices, or systems, or the presence of safety-type glass or the integrity of thermal window seals or damaged glass. Specialized structures such as tennis courts, jetted tubs, hot tubs, swimming pools, saunas, and similar installations are also excluded from our standard inspection.
